The company comprises of individuals as shown in the organogram below. Each individual has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of Electrical well as Project Management.

IL. Motsene

Mr. IL Motsene is a technician registered as a professional with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Mr. Motsene holds a National Diploma (Electrical Engineering) from Tshwane University of Technology, N6 certificate in electrical heavy current from Pretoria West College of Engineering. He is also a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE).

Mr. Motsene has traveled extensively and worked for various Engineering Departments. At Lufuno Mphaphuli & Associates he was involved in the designs, preparation of documentation, and bills of quantities, construction management and project closure on electrification of rural & urban areas, high mast lighting, street lighting, refurbishment and maintenance of building services. During this stage of the training individuals were expected to go through intensive Health and Safety Procedures before any work can be executed. He also worked as a reticulation and distribution planner where he was involved with the initiation of projects for the strengthening of the network as well as to meet client requirements.

Mr. Motsene also worked as a Senior Project Manager at EMC consulting engineers where he was responsible for the management of all aspects of the project including design review, procurement. And project implementation and monitoring. As a project manager he was involved with the implementation of Health and Safety Plans in different construction related projects.

Mr. Motsene has in depth experience in the following technical and management fields:

  • Electrical Network Designs (cable and line networks)
  • Electrical Distribution for Building Services
  • Electrification of rural and urban areas
  • Network Development Plans and Master Planning
  • Substation Designs
  • Estimating, tendering and specification preparation
  • Management of SMME’s (contractors) in the building industry
  • Construction contract law and mediation, specifications, administration and preparation of payment certificates.

J. Mukwamataba

Mr. J. Mukwamataba is an engineer registered with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Mr. Mukwamataba holds a BSc (Electrical Engineering) from University of Canterbury and Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch. He is also a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE).

Mr. Mukwamataba has traveled extensively and worked various Engineering Consulting Companies and Government Departments. He has in depth experience in the following technical and management fields:

  • Electrical Network Designs (cable and line networks)
  • Electrification of rural urban areas
  • Estimating, tendering and specification preparation
  • Management of SMME’s (contractors) in the building industry
  • Construction contract law and mediation, specifications, administration and preparation of payment certificates.

NJ. Mathobela

Mr. NJ Mathobela is a graduate engineer who is also registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Mr. Mathobela holds a BSc (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Witwatersrand, Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management (Industrial Engineering) University of Witwatersrand as well as a Master’s Degree from the Durban Institute of Technology. Mr. Mathobela also a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE).
Mr. Mathobela has traveled extensively and worked for various Engineering Departments in Eskom. He has in depth experience in the following technical and management fields:

  • Electrical Network Designs (cable and line networks)
  • Network Development Plans and Master Planning
  • Substation Designs
  • Estimating, tendering and specification preparation
  • Management of SMME’s (contractors) in the building industry

Construction contract law & mediation, specifications, administration and preparation of payment certificates.

T. Tshikovhi

Ms. T Tshikovhi is a graduate technician who is also registered as a professional technician with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Ms. Tshikovhi holds a National Diploma (Electrical Engineering) from the Tshwane University of Technology. Ms. Tshikovhi is also a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE).

T. Tshikota

Mr. T Tshikota is a graduate technician who is also registered as a professional technician with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Mr. Tshikota holds a National Diploma (Electrical Engineering) from the Vaal University. Mr. Tshikota is also a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE).

M. Gumede

Mr. Gumede is a graduate Technician (Durban University of Technology). In addition to his engineering degree, Mr. Gumede has a Project Management Diploma and a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Business Management. He has at least 3 years’ experience in electrical operations, design and project management that was acquired in the employ of Lebone Engineering, Eskom Polokwane, Spoornet and Volt Consulting Engineers.

S. Nxele

Mr. Nxele is a qualified electrical engineering technician (Durban Institute of Technology).He then joined Lebone Engineering in January 2006, Eskom Polokwane in 2007 where he gained experience in electrical designs, project management, and project administration. In January 2009 he joined Volt Consulting Engineers as an electrical project manager and furthered his knowledge in Electrification of villages, building services, Street & High mast Lighting, sharing meetings with Clients, Stakeholder participation and Project closure

P. Mabye

Mr. Mabye is a qualified electrical engineering technician (Tshwane University of Technology).He then joined Mphaphuli & Associates in July 2004, Muteo Consulting in 2006 where he gained experience in electrical designs, project management, and project administration and Karebo Systems in 2009, he learned much in project management and demand site management for Eskom Projects (Energy Efficient). In January 2012 he joined Volt Consulting Engineers as an electrical project manager and furthered his knowledge in Electrification of villages, building services, Street & High mast Lighting, sharing meetings with Clients, Stakeholder participation and Project closure.

T. Tshikota

Mr. Tshikota is a qualified electrical engineering technician (Vaal University of Technology).He then joined Muteo Consulting in June 2009, Eskom Polokwane in 2011 where he gained experience in electrical designs, project management, and project administration. In February 2013 he joined Volt Consulting Engineers as an electrical design technician & project manager and furthered his knowledge in Electrification of villages, building services, Street & High mast Lighting, sharing meetings with Clients, Stakeholder participation and Project closure.

T. Tshikovhi

Ms. Tshikovhi is a qualified electrical engineering technician (Tshwane University of Technology), also registered with Engineering Council of South Africa ( ECSA) and South African Institute of Electrical Engineers.She then joined Xstrata Alloys in March 2007, Optimal Engineering Solutions in March 2008 where he gained experience in electrical designs, project management, and project administration and TMDG Consulting in January 2013. In February 2014 she joined Volt Consulting Engineers as an electrical design technician & project manager and furthered her knowledge in Electrification of villages, building services, Street & High mast Lighting, sharing meetings with Clients, Stakeholder participation and Project closure.

L. Montshioa

Mr. Montshioa is a qualified electrical Engineering Technician from the Tshwane University of Technology. He has both sited and design office experience and has worked predominantly with electrical services for villages and buildings. He is skilled as a designer and junior project manager and has worked on the following:

  • Reticulation
  • Building Services
